Position Summary…

What you’ll do…

As a Sr Analyst – Procure to Pay, you will be responsible for process/automation improvement methodologies (for example, Kaizen, Six Sigma); Business processes; Technology and tools. You will also identify the main processes and timely updates of knowledge articles within an assigned work area, state the major roles involved in business process management and apply the concept of continuous improvement to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.

Schedule: Hybrid – Must be able to commute to the Bentonville office. Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at home. Monday & Wednesday in the office. Subject to change.

You’ll make an impact by…

• Understanding user data consumption, data needs, and business implications.

• Mastering data, data hierarchies, and connections to transactional data; business, technical, process, and operational data architecture, standards, definitions, and repositories.

• Meeting regulatory and ethical requirements and policies around data privacy, security, storage, retention, and documentation.

• Implementing data management solutions and managing metadata environment.

• Leading changes and revisions to data, data sources and data hierarchies within assigned guidelines.

• Completing queries, reports, and analyzing metadata to ensure consistency across platforms (for example, ensuring that the reason for the termination of an associate updated in the system reflects in all upstream and downstream systems to ensure claims are processed seamlessly).

• Dealing with contract types and terminology, including different components of purchase orders, invoice management; regulatory environments, including external laws.

• Using tools used for managing and maintaining contracts, strategic suppliers, and existing contracts.

• Attending training in documentation techniques.

• You have functional problem solving and communication skills.

• You have experience using MS Excel.

• You have experience working with the state and doing reporting.

• You can provide insights and development of solutions.

• You have strong customer service skills and developing relationships.

• You have experience with account reconciliation and journal entries.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in customer service, project management, business, finance, technology, or related area OR 2 years’ experience in customer service, project management, business, finance, technology, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$114,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

• Stock equity incentives
