Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Operations Data Entry Clerk to be part of our family office team at Walnut Ridge (“WR”). The Operations Data Entry Clerk will report to WR’s Controller and will support the UNKNWN retail business in Miami. They will be located in the Walnut Ridge office in
Northeast Ohio but will directly with the team in Miami. This person will create purchase orders, maintain the POS inventory system with part maintenance and will also complete sales out reporting to vendors.

WR provides business support services to various entities owned by the family. The Operations Data
Entry Clerk’s work will be focused on providing remote data entry to UNKNWN, one of the entities located in Miami, FL. There will be travel involved for this work to UNKNWN’s offices in Miami, FL, the day-to-day needs can be accomplished remotely from WR’s offices in Northeast Ohio.

Expected Business Results:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Overall

• Work directly with the UNKNWN staff in Miami
• Create purchase orders in POS system
• Create and load new parts into the POS system
• Update and correct parts in the POS system
• Support the operations team with inventory questions
• Run sales reporting to provide to key vendors
• Run On Hand Reports to work on inventory variances and support management in replenishment by vendor
• Work with receiving team to ensure timely receipt of inventory
• Effectively communicate with OH and Miami teams
• Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Accountabilities:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Data Entry experience preferred
• Must be willing to travel monthly to work with the staff in Miami

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Inventory experience a plus
• Enhanced software skills needed
• Previous work experience with Shopify a plus
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to work independently.
