The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the Vice President of Segment Financial Planning for all Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP). The right candidate for this role will be resilient despite adversity, have the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with creative resourcefulness and little guidance, a strong attention to detail, agility, the ability to exercise good judgment, and confidentiality.
Our Administrative Assistants are highly-respected because their skills are quite simply, essential. You’d be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced team that plays a critical role in setting the strategic direction for all DPEP segment businesses and managing overall financial performance. As the “face” of your executive within The Walt Disney Company, your professionalism, loyalty and attitude are a reflection of the team, and as such, are a key component to its success.
