To maintain the integrity of the data and the system, You will have a continuing duty to monitor, lead, and analyze data. The Food & Beverage (F&B) Line of Business (LOB) data administrator’s job involves the critical duty of putting the F&B databases and systems to work for the LOB by ensuring continuity across systems, establishing processes to ensure data accuracy, and sustaining the processes established! In doing so, we must keep a finger on the pulse of all F&B LOB projects impacting system-wide data and help guide those projects to success by ensuring process and data integrity while aiding in the achievement of established business goals.

You will report to the Manager of Food and Beverage Recipes and Inventory systems.

You Will:

• Performing database-related and system-administrative duties.

• Contact end users to learn about their wants and needs within the systems.

• Checking the integrity of the data to make sure that entries are accurate and compliant with business requirements.

• Maintaining data integrity by ensuring established processes in place aimed at spotting or avoiding issues like data entry mistakes are followed.

• Serve as the F&B LOB Business Support Teams’ primary point of contact with IT to test and upgrade database systems, debug, track, reproduce, log, and fix any problems.

• Assist and train staff on maintaining data integrity across systems.

• Address any issues that users report immediately.

• Offer suggestions for alterations to processes aimed at maintaining a user-friendly system that provides clear business insights for decision-making purposes.

You Have:

• 2 or 4 year college degree and/or 3+ years of food & beverage front or back-of-the-house operational experience

• Demonstrated analytical mindset

• Ability to interpret the needs of others and uncover solutions for process improvement

• Excellent organizational skills

• Outstanding time management skills

• Technologically savvy

• Preferred experience in all standard Microsoft suite of products (including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) as well as Smartsheets and Confluence
