We currently have a great opportunity for an energetic, customer service focused Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a fixed-term, part-time role working approx. 20 hours per week (flexible on days/hours)in our Hubbards business in Mangere.

Your day will be kept busy by ensuring the smooth running of the day to day running of the office – this includes providing admin support to our Site Operations Manager, ordering stationery and consumables, coordinating site/staff functions and events, preparing new starter induction and welcome packs and much much more!

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A collaborative team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done
• Has a positive and enthusiastic “can do” attitude and retains a positive demeanour even in face of difficulties.
• Prides themselves of being the “go to” person to problems solve and resolve issues
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Knows their way around MS Office
