In office role – Dublin City Centre based
Urgent Start Ideally
Responsibilities:
Liaise with Stakeholders and suppliers where necessary
General Administration and report generation
General book keeping – reconciliation, daily online banking, petty cash etc.
IT Handling – liaising with IT provider and offering general assistance
Reception cover during lunch breaks
Recruitment, on boarding and off boarding
Maintaining files
Requirements:
1 -2 years previous experience in a similar role as an office manager or administrator
Good understanding of basic book keeping and administration
Keen communication and organisation skills
Preferably available to start immediately
