WANDR is an award-winning Product Strategy and UX design firm that solves business problems while creating memorable brands for our clients. We have a proven design process and methodology that our projects follow for different types of clients ranging from bootstrapped startups to Fortune 500 companies.

With each new project, you will be working in a collaborative team environment with a Product Designer and a Visual Designer. This is a critical role in our company, as we expect our Product Strategists to be leading important strategic discussions for our clients. We are an agile team, so we expect our Product Strategists to be able to commit to tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Problem solver: able to think strategically and logically, and articulate your solutions
• Experience with leading a design team
• Ability to identify the core problem and interpret source data
• Ability to develop and implement effective processes across a team to produce results and hit deadlines
• Able to communicate ideas, solutions and dive deep into problems
• Set up information architecture, and conduct market research and usability testing to improve overall user experience
• Experienced using Slack, AirTable, Trello, and other project software tools
• Strong time management skills and organization skills
• Fluent English
• Preferred experience using Figma and design systems
• 5+ years of enterprise software experience
• 3 + years of proven leadership experience
• Preferred background in UX design
