Proven ability to manage all aspects of an expansive sales pipeline including driven outbound prospecting, growing relationships, negotiating/closing orders and maintaining a superior quality of service after the sale. Capable to evaluate applications and approve final proposal submittals prior to delivering them to our customers. Effective communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills critical for success. Must become a “Subject Matter Expert” on Wardcraft products and services provided. Deep understanding and effective use of a sales CRM. Willingness to travel 60% of the year. This is a Sales Hunter position. When in the office, the work is centered on preparing for the next prospecting missions, organizing actions and notes from previous sales trips, and closing orders. The territorial coverage may be upwards of ½ of North America. Knowledge in the metal stamping industry and conveyor applications is a major plus followed closely by knowledge in forging, die-casting, heat-treating, fabrication and machining processes. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, engineering, or project management role is preferred. Compensation Package will be based on the candidate’s knowledge and experience; and weighted on performance metrics; Base salary plus commission and bonus.
