Washington Law Office, LLP Hiring for Administrative Support/Legal Secretary Job at Washington, IA Full Time

Consider this opportunity! We are seeking someone to work as a legal assistant performing administrative duties in a community long-standing and busy law firm. We are a general practice firm, providing a variety of legal services, including real estate, probate, agricultural law, taxation, immigration and family/juvenile law. You will have the opportunity to work with a number of our clients; we have five attorneys and six paraprofessionals on staff. Daily tasks vary and you will find that no two days are quite the same.

Requirements: reliable, responsible, dependable, knowledge of general office practices and procedures, familiarity with computer systems/applications including Word, Outlook and Excel, bookkeeping and tax experience, strong organizational skills, good customer service and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, hard worker, fast learner.

Associate degree and related experience in an administrative/secretarial position is preferred. Ability to speak Spanish is desirable.
