Waste Connections of Canada an immediate opening for a Class 3 Spare Driver to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta.

We are looking for a SAFETY inclined, energetic, autonomous and proactive team player capable of making a difference in his/her team and community.

The Garbage Truck Driver is responsible for waste and recycling collection services in various municipalities in order to ensure that the materials are transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner to designated transfer station or landfill. This job is very physical and works outside in all weather conditions.

COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE & INCENTIVES:

• 
  $25.00/hour
  
• Spare Driver role – duties include driving and shop work.
• 
  Monday to Friday – Between 6am – 6pm (8hrs guaranteed)
• 
  Company Paid Benefits + RRSP Match

Qualifications:

• Class 3 License or higher
• Excellent driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests
