Project Administrator

Watershed is a successful, privately-owned, multi-disciplinary consultancy business with offices in Auckland, Tauranga, and Palmerston North and who operate nationally. We manage the assets and projects within a wide variety of sectors including education, aquatics, and recreation. We have built a reputation for delivering quality projects and have established long term relationships within the private, local government and education sectors. Our rapid growth means we are looking for a Project Administrator to support our Project Management Team in Auckland.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will posess:

• An eye for detail
• The ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work to deadlines
• A can-do attitude and lots of energy to continue to grow and improve the way that we do things
• Great interpersonal skills
• Construction and/or MoE project administration experience would be advantageous but not essential.
