Waterstone Valuation Group, Inc. Hiring for Appraisal Typer/Coordinator at Remote Full Time

The Waterstone Valuation Group team is growing! We are searching for an Appraisal Typer/Coordinator to become part of our team. We are a fast paced work environment and offer the opportunity for growth! Must be familiar with residential appraisals and have experience typing appraisals using WinTotal. This is a 1099 position only and you will be compensated $30 a report. Current typer’s are doing typically from 3-6 reports a day currently.

Responsibilities:

· Keys in data as established by the provided templates within the WinTotal forms and other document types as assigned by the management team.

· Verifies data produced or extracted is accurate and make any necessary corrections.

· Must be familiar with pulling data from MLS, Tax Records. Experience with Data Master preferred.

· Responsible for understanding and meeting productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in typing appraisals is preferred. Must be familiar with real estate residential appraisals.

· Excellent typing skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

· Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
