We are a small family business manufacturing textiles in America, looking to grow our family. We’re seeking a full-time or part-time seamstress or a person experienced with sewing to join our fairly small but extremely hard working team of 7. Prior sewing experience or a background in textiles is required.

Your role will be to help us create product samples from our fabrics as well as answer and help customers with their sewing related questions. You will get the opportunity to work with our fabrics to learn all about them as well as put your creative thinking brain into action to come up with ideas of what our customers can create with our fabrics. Make a sewing guide and / or video to share with our customers to encourage them to make their own products using our safe eco-friendly fabrics. We are also in the process of launching a new brand called ReInspire, through which we hope to reinspire a new generation by promoting recycled fabrics and biodegradable fabrics and products that aid in reducing the amount of disposable waste. So you will also be using our recycled and biodegradable fabrics to create reusable products that help make people aware that they can switch to reusable products and skip disposables that only go in landfills. On-site training will be provided to train you on identifying the correct fabrics, how our fabrics are designed, how our in-house systems are created from scratch, learn who are our partners, why our customers buy from us etc.

A working week interview will be scheduled during your first week, where you will be working on the floor with other team members, to ensure this job is the right fit for both of us.
