The Education Coordinator will have responsibility for local partnerships and for working with their Area Manager to identify and grow business development opportunities in line with the Association strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Area Education Manager, the Education Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, management and development of WEA`s education provision across the specified geographical area.
The Education Coordinator will lead education programmes, design and develop processes that ensure provision is aligned to funding outcomes and evidence based framework, in order to maximise impact whilst promoting the WEA as an education provider of choice.
At the heart of our team, you will support and manage Tutors, engage volunteers and local branches, identify business development opportunities and develop strategic partnerships partners to allow the portfolio to grow.
Reasonable travel will be expected in this role to meet with partners, branches and building new contacts.
