The Education Support Administrator is responsible for the overall administrative duties and general support for the local education teams.

We are looking to welcome an Education Support Administrator into the North East team to provide support to our educational team at an exciting time of growth.

The successful candidates will:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and general support for the development and delivery of locally based adult education provision, member development and volunteer support.
• You will also enjoy supporting with student recruitment, publicity and marketing.
• Work closely with Area Education Manager(s), Education Coordinators, Marketing Officers, and a range of stakeholders which are likely to include Association staff, local community organisations, Association branches and volunteers.

Whilst part of an integrated team providing general administrative support, each role will have a particular focus;

• To focus on learner experience with a view to undertaking an apprenticeship as an employability practitioner.
• To provide support mainly across the north east region.

As an Education Support Administrator you will have experience of general administration, you will be well organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload.

You will work in a team of administrative and educational colleagues and will be involved in the processes for supporting the learner lifecycle, such as;

• record updates and changes,
• ensuring data accuracy and compliance,
• ensuring the efficiency of processes supporting learner experience
• Providing advice and support to colleagues, learners and other service users.
