There’s nothing sales development teams and sales reps salivate for more than pipeline, and boy, are their appetites voracious. Of course, satiating such hungry, hungry salespeople is no easy feat. It takes outside-the-box thinking and creative problem solving to get executives’ attention, and that’s where you come in.
As the Marketing Specialist, you’ll partner with the Director of Account Based Marketing to implement and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that engage enterprise prospects and generate upsell opportunities among our current customers. Additionally, you’ll work with the Enterprise Sales and Business Development Representatives to make sure we’re delivering the right messaging, to the right people, at the right time. You’ll leverage your experience in marketing, customer service, account management, or other relevant experience to help build people maps and impactful pitches that match our prospects to the solutions our products provide.
Responsibilities
+ Execute targeted ABM campaigns that help us hit qualified lead, pipeline, and revenue targets for multiple products, services, and market segments.
+ Work closely with the enterprise sales and business development—as well as the rest of the marketing team—to support the maintenance and development of sales enablement content, tools and assets.
+ Build out tasks associated with each campaign and execute on all deliverables.
+ Continually seek and research new prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
+ Build and maintain segmented lists and Salesforce campaigns.
+ Write drafts of campaign content and collateral.
+ Serve as the point-of-contact in coordination and execution of projects with third-party vendors.
+ Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.

Education and Experience
Required:
+ Two or more years of experience in marketing demand creation related activities (campaign development/execution, landing pages, email, digital advertising, events)
+ Strong writing and analytical skills
+ Experience with Salesforce & Microsoft Office
+ Experience communicating directly with buyers and end users specific to B2B enterprise-level accounts
+ General understanding of the healthcare industry—bonus if specific to rehab therapy
Preferred:
+ Account Based Marketing experience
+ Experience with ABM Tools: Terminus, Outreach, G Suite
+ Experience working events and/or trade shows
+ Experience working and collaborating across multip le teams
+ Experience working in a B2B and/or SaaS environment
+ General breadth of knowledge across the entire marketing spectrum
+ Experience with market research, PR, or buyer personas
+ Degree in marketing, communications, media, business, advertising, or a related field—or equivalent years of experience

Being punctual, reliable and consistent is key to WebPT’s success. To function at a high level, you are expected to be reliable and punctual for work and take designated breaks as set by your leader.
