WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is growing! As a leading distributor of food service equipment and supplies, we value long-lasting relationships with our customers and great employees. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts for our Bloomsburg Distribution Center, which is a temperature-controlled distribution facility.

Basic Overview:

The Data Entry Specialist will aid in cleansing, integrating, and organizing data to help optimize the WebstaurantStore Distribution Center. They will play a crucial role in supporting all departments throughout the warehouse, maintaining accurate information, and reviewing data for completeness and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is competent in the Microsoft Office Applications and pays close attention to detail. This position is an in-person role and is not eligible for remote work.

Job Responsibilities:

Operations Support

• Working closely with our Senior leadership team to provide logistical support
• Maintains databases by entering new and updated employee information
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Develops raw data into usable information to be included into databases and reports

Skills/Abilities:

• Candidates have experience using the Microsoft Office Applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Applicant has strong organizational and communication skills
• Applicant has the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Applicant can multitask effectively and manage time appropriately

Shift Schedule/Overtime, Starting Rate, Production Rate:

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, this position requires some flexibility
• Starting rate is $18.75 p/hr, with a $0.25 raise after 60 days, plus up to $0.75 p/hr. in raises every 6 months (based on performance)
