We’re located in Ōtautahi Christchurch and we’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our tight-knit team. So ? what’s the role?
As a support specialist you will spend most of your time triaging our support queue across a range of products in a timely manner, effectively helping our customers with usability of our products. You’ll focus on providing immediate steps to help resolve any issues that are raised and in cases where this isn’t possible(bugs that require development work to resolve), document steps to re-create issue that are passed on to the development team and communicate with customers to keep them informed on incident progress. You will also setup reporting to identify areas needing improvement based on support requests.
In this role you will gain an in depth understanding of the products we offer and be able to create documentation such as FAQs and audio and video content that is easily understood by customers to help prevent issues from being raised.
As a fast growing business, there is potential to develop your skills in other areas of the business. You’ll be given opportunities to expand your skills in the areas of software development and business analysis and will be given support and leadership for you to excel.
