Responsibilities:
• Keeping track and record of stocks, sales and purchases
• Preparing and arranging invoices, delivery order
• Filing of documents, scanning, faxing and arrangements
• Answering phone calls and general duties as assigned
• Liaising with service provides, export zones, shippers , courier companies
• Replying email enquiries and keeping record
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable
Requirements :
• Min. GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ level, ITE or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good co-ordination and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently with good working attitude and willing to learn
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
• 5 days work week
