Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Orders client medical records from doctors, physicians, hospitals, and medical clinics
• Saves and logs records into client cases.
• Follows up on outstanding requests in a timely manner.
• Enters invoice totals and edits value screen for individual orders.
• Mails checks to providers and notates the client files.
• Scanning corresponding documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour
