Position Overview:

WELL Health is looking for high-energy account executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas.

Successful account executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and can identify solutions in a complex business environment in a customer friendly and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
• Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).
• Proactively guide customers through their product options and prescribe solutions based on their needs.
• Assist with RFP/RFI and vendor assessments for new and existing clients.
• Share sales and product insights and feedback with product management team to facilitate new features and updates.
• Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
• Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
• Working with prospective customers to ensure a smooth flow through the sales cycle.
• Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
• Maintaining CRM of contact information and sales pipeline.
• Assisting with Sales and Marketing initiatives and activities (including roadshows)
• Stakeholder engagement through the sales, implementation and post implementation process
• Managing and maintaining value creating industry and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Nice to haves:
  • Demonstrated understanding of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record software
