The role
Due to an internal movement, we are now looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our dynamic team in the Building Compliance& Consenting Teams here at WCC.
The team is part of the wider City Consenting and Compliance team, helping our customers shape Wellington’s skyline. We need to make sure we continue to improve our customer service while ensuring our officers have the right knowledge and tools by improving processes, training staff and providing business support services.
In this role, you will be providing administrations support services to our Building Compliance& Consenting (BCC) team. Your manager is passionate about cultivating an environment of high trust where you can truly develop and hone your administration skills.
Your team collaborates across all duties so your days will be varied and the ability to agile and think on your feet is a must.

Our ideal candidate will be happy to jump in and help with any other administration tasks across the teams as and when required. You will be an enthusiastic team player who is articulate and proficient in business writing. Experience working in a regulatory environment would be of an advantage.
