Kāpura are looking for full-time & part-time culinary whizzes of all levels to join our team! We are looking to fill a number of vacancies across the company.

We are looking for applicants for the following positions:

• Head chefs
• Sous chefs
• Chef de Parties
• Junior chefs
• Kitchen hands

With over 30 venues in the Wellington CBD and surrounding suburbs, Kāpura has venues to suit everyone. We are looking for chefs to join teams in venues across the Wellington region – from our busy waterfront venues to our locally loved suburban venues! Key requirements for all chef positions:

• Experience in a commercial kitchen with experience in the role you are applying for
• Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries
• Willingness to be hands on during key service times – weekends and evenings included
• Ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
• High personal standards passed on to entire kitchen team
• Ability to work nights and roster weekends
• A passion for delivering great food!
