The primary purpose of a Cook & Chef de Partie is to support the Head Chef and be part of the team. You are a leader, trainer and mentor to Junior Chefs and Kitchen Hands. We are looking for the “thrill” cooks, the guys that get a kick out of the teamwork required to smash out service on a busy night and come out the other side together, proud of the work they’ve done! We would love to have people join our team that view hospitality as their career, and are ready to grow their skills and learn from our talented chefs!

Are you a current visa holder? We would love to hear from you! We are happy to cover the costs of a VOC or Essential Skills visa for our successful applicant!

We are looking for:

• Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
• Someone who can work quickly under pressure and gets a kick out of a busy service
• Curiosity and an eagerness to learn
• A team player who loves collaborative work
• Great communication skills to ensure cohesion within the team
• A leader for our Junior Chefs and Kitchen Hands, and someone who is ready to learn and take delegations from the Senior Chefs
• Enthusiasm to smash expectations out of the park
• A passion for upskilling others and celebrating their successes
