Qualifications & experience

• Passionate about wellness.
  Professional, friendly approach, high standard of presentation.
  Excellent attention to detail.
  Takes initiative.
  People management skills.
  Time management skills.
  Prev exp with ACC desired but not essential.
  Prev exp in reception or admin desired but not essential

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee WellKids reception & patient scheduling.
  Oversee the customer service experience for patients.
  Oversee ACC claims & billing (may require additional working hours from home.)
  Training of new & existing reception staff.
  Staff rostering.
  Oversee continued tidiness & cleanliness of the clinic.

Benefits

• Starting salary determined by previous reception or admin experience. Opportunity to advance according to ability and responsibility load.
• Salary includes unlimited free chiropractic care for the successful applicant.
• May be possible to work inside of school hours (8.30-1.30). (However preference would be for availability for one afternoon/evening shift/ week.)
• Flexibility with total number of permanent working hours per week (min 15, max 25 according to your preference).
