About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.
The Customer Remediation Analytics team is looking for a new leader, this team plays a critical role in performing analytics activities for customer remediation population identification, remediation execution and exploratory analytics as well as testing of these analytic solutions.
You will be responsible for leading a team providing support for remediation analytics, specifically this team will be performing the testing work on analytic solutions and products created within the larger support team. You will interact closely with multiple business partners and Remediation Analytics leaders and analysts.
As part of a team focused on the preserving the customer experience across the organization.
In this role, you will:
Utilize practices to perform advanced quality assurance and self-assurance activities including comprehensive reviews of multiple types of executive office transactions and case review quality assurance activities in support of federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements
Perform advanced, comprehensive regulatory or high-risk reviews of multiple types of executive resolution transactions and case reviews within multiple inventory types
Identify risk and problem areas and recommend improvement
Evaluate case intake, distribution, research, communication and resolution
Ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards and agency or government regulations
Ensure identified risks or problems are clearly documented and interact with appropriate parties for timely resolution
Perform second-level reviews
Mentor less experienced colleagues and assist with their development
Ensure corrective action on exceptions and problems identified
Provide guidance to team regarding documentation and resolution requirements
Communicate overall process or transaction quality
Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies

Previous experience with testing analytic solutions
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong experience of data integration, database structures and data warehouses
Previous experience in a large financial institution
Strong understanding of consumer financial products
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

$26.59 – $47.26 Hourly
