Regarded across the enterprise as an expert in multiple identified areas of expertise with responsibility for developing standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, largescale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Maintains broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo. Translates advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions. Expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices. Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provides expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others with the goal of knowledge transfer. Will represent Wells Fargo to external industry groups, influencing industry standards.

Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor for the complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of Angular or similar Javascript framework and experience creating rich SPA functionality. Candidate will also have a deep knowledge of C# .NET. As well as, a deep understanding of development best practices and available toolsets. Experience designing and writing application programming interfaces that will be used enterprise wide. They will be able to effectively navigate the challenges of full stack development. Creating a rich user experience while insuring it is supported by reliable and scalable back-end services.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• 3+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)

• 5+ years of C# experience

• 3+ years of MS SQL server experience

• 2+ years of experience in application & data architecture and solution design

Desired Qualifications

• An industry-standard technology certification

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• 3 + years of Multi-Threading experience

• 3+ years of microservices development experience

• 2+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience

• 2 + years of Access Management experience

• Git or GitHub experience

• Knowledge and understanding of application profiling and performance tuning of highly scalable and available systems

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

• Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
