About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for the Business Design and Monitoring Team within the Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement, Investigations, and Intellectual Property Division in the Legal Department.
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications, US:
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of eDiscovery experience.
Corporate Legal Department experience.
Experience with Litigation processes, controls and technology.
Ability to research and analyze complex eDiscovery and business process issues and provide effective advice to stakeholders.
Effective in building partnerships and functioning well with project teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work while handling multiple projects.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a complex environment with a high degree of collaboration.
Job Expectations:
Ability to work in office from one of the posted hiring locations.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days in the office.
