Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant – Portfolio Management & Intake Lead to join the Customer Data Products group within Customer Data Engagement Platforms (CDEP) as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB). Our Customer Information Management (CIM) product areas introduce new capabilities and modernize legacy platforms to improve customer data quality and accelerate enterprise agility. We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Management & Intake Lead to drive our front-end CIM product intake process and to work with our various product owners and analysts to assess and triage the requests that result in clear business outcomes supporting our customer journeys.

In this role, you will:
Manage the Customer Information Management (CIM) product Intake process via an established JIRA board. The intake process is the front door for enterprise-wide requests for enhancements, data use requests, and consultation related to customer data and applications within the CIM product scope. Requests are submitted by Wells Fargo lines of business including but not limited to: Consumer and Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, and Wealth & Investment Management.
Coordinate and facilitate Intake Review meetings with the requestors, product owners and analysts, and tech partners to gather enough detail on each request to effectively route it to the appropriate product area. Capture minutes, update JIRA status, and ensure follow-through on outstanding action items.
Participate in Roadmap Calibration meetings for each product area. Gather roadmaps from the product areas, ensure they align to Product Epics, and reflect current delivery/implementation updates from each Delivery Lead. Maintain a rolled-up, consolidated CIM level roadmap for distribution to senior leaders.
Design and publish metrics and reports reflecting the volume of work being completed, team capacity and velocity within the CIM portfolio book of work. Act as a liaison between CIM and partner groups within CSBB to ensure adherence to guidelines for JIRA compliance and portfolio management standard reporting expectations.
Identify and address process improvement opportunities to monitor the flow of requests, look for bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and make changes to streamline the JIRA board or intake review process.
Act as CIM Liaison to Consumer Data Engagement Platforms (CDEP) cross-product intake meetings and provide appropriate intake updates and metrics as needed.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of program management experience leading medium to high complexity projects
Desired Qualifications:
Portfolio management experience and the ability to create effective portfolio management reporting
Data management experience in a customer domain
Experience with Agile methodology including but not limited to intake, discovery, and prioritization of new work and work in progress within the backlog
Experience with one or more Agile tools such as Jira Align, Agile Team Registry, or Confluence
Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while executing on tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Continuous improvement mindset; ability to identify and recommend new initiatives, processes, or programs which consistently enhance our value to the enterprise
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards.
