About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to support the Loyalty Solutions team within Credit Card & Merchant Services. This position will be responsible to support the management and resolution of production issues and incidents impacting the Wells Fargo Rewards platform. This role is key in helping maintain a high availability of the rewards platform for customers and working with all appropriate teams to resolve production issues and incidents. The successful candidate will work with Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs) and cross-functional teams across WF, including Loyalty Solutions, Technology, Control, Compliance and Legal partners for the prompt resolution of defects and incidents. This role also requires coordination of artifacts for compliance with the Systems Development Lifecyle (SDLC) policy to ensure all defect fixes are tested prior to release and support of ongoing project releases. In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira
Experience with Service Now
Knowledge of Hogan/CIS, Fiserv
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a business audience
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business system needs/requests and translate those into concise business requirements
Previous experience working within the consumer lending space, preferably with credit card rewards
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) testing, release management and problem resolution
Experience with mobile and online banking technology

Pay Range:
New York – New York City Pay Range: $87,700 – $155,900 Annually
California – Concord Pay Range: $87,700 – $155,900 Annually
Job Expectations:
Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to the addresses listed in the posting but may have the option to work from home. Ability to provide and work from a home office. This allows our team to collaborate as needed for training, team meetings, or other business as needed
Ability to work and support Pacific Time zone Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Ability to work outside of regular business hours
Ability to work 1 Saturday per quarter
