The ICS Strategy, Governance and Enablement (SGE) division has a great opportunity for an individual with resource management experience to develop and implement people strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This Technical Business Services Associate will provide business operations and administrative support with business continuity planning, and assist the Divisional Business Services Lead (D-BSL) who is considered a Chief of Staff for resource management. Additional responsibilities include the following job functions;
Responsibilities of these positions include:
Management of the team’s STAMP [System Time-reporting Account Management for Projects] tool compliance on twice a month time sheet submissions with a 98% completion target rate for each period; distribute communicate reminders, status updates and provide AU leaders with hours and amounts summary reporting; train new team members on how to use STAMP
Accounting unit [AU] monthly audits and coordinate updates with our Technology Finance partner
Managing training, conference, and travel requests through the WARP tool [Work Approval Request Process]
Jira dashboard management for vendor invoice submissions and approvals
Attend weekly business review sessions and partnering on implementation of new or modified business routines
Help ensure alignment and support with higher level ICS and Technology goals and strategies
Assist with compiling information for team communication
Demonstrates deep understanding of key business and customer interests and needs
Support special projects and analysis needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technology experience
5+ years of customer relationship management experience
3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
Desired Qualifications
Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Exposure to Wells Fargo STAMP (System Time-reporting, Accounting Management for Projects)
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Knowledge and understanding of information security function support
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Other Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
Knowledge and understanding of records management
Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as: policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security, business continuity
