Required Minimum Experience: Five years of experience as a project or administrative assistant. Two years of experience in healthcare setting preferred. Heavy computer experience required with extremely strong skills in Word, Excel and Power Point. Very strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interface with leaders, physicians and staff from a service excellence perspective.

little supervision. Exceptional skills in follow-through and attention to detail. Confident and accomplished in

in Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant functions under the direction of the Director of Facilities Maintenance/Engineering to provide specialized project and administrative assistance. The Administrative Assistant relieves department leaders of administrative-type functions. In addition, this position provides direct administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Facilities Maintenance/Engineering and occasionally other members of department leadership. May handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts
involving the organization, clerical and administrative functions of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including minutes, letters, memoranda and reports. Will use departmental software to organize and maintain compliance data and documentation for regulatory agencies. Relies on experience and established criteria to plan and accomplish goals. Professionalism, in both appearance and demeanor, is expected at all times.
