An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Strategy Planning and Performance Directorate within the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust.
The Head of Transformation role will lead and support executives, Assistant Directors Leadership Team (ADLT) and staff across the organisation to make significant, beneficial, sustainable improvements for our patients, our people and across the Health and Care system Wales by transforming services and developing new ways of working through delivery of the Trust’s strategy and Integrated Medium-Term Plan (IMTP).
