Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Hourly Wage: $20 per hour
Work Hour per Week: 30-40 hours
Benefit: 4% vacation pay; milage reimbursement; basic dental insurance

Job Duties:

• Answering phone calls, replying e-mail inquires
• Making travel arrangement for company senior associates, including booking flights, rental cars, and hotel, as well as coordinate their schedule
• Contacting partner schools and businesses to follow up commission status
• Generating and forwarding invoices to clients and partner businesses
• Making sure all electronic files are properly stored at company’s online storage, and all paper files are securely stored at cabinet
• Creating client folder for each individual clients online and at the office, manage client file on a daily basis
• Maintaining and ordering all office supplies
• Providing clients with all pertinent documentations
• Booking meeting rooms, set up online conference calls and take messages
• Filling and photocopying documents up employer’s request

Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary School is required
• Speak and Write in Mandarin is required
• Willing to work at evening
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative related job is required

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour
