West USA Realty is looking for a productive and detail-oriented closing processor
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the processing of various documents and information to facilitate agent commissions checks. Updating and entering information into West USA’s proprietary system for storage, tracking, and ADRE compliance
Duties and responsibilities

• This is NOT a remote position, you will be required to work inside our Corporate office
• Unpack inter-office mail in the morning to retrieve pertinent information. Pack inter-office mail – late afternoon w/agent checks, ledgers, and any other information requests needed from the branch offices.
• Process checks for deposit, look up personal & cashier’s checks & money orders to verify they are not for the Trust acct, deposit “no file” checks, and sort/process Property Management checks.
• Communicate with Branch Managers, Division Directors & GM regarding agent status and specific division requirements, Questions, Issues, Etc.
• Manage West USA Realty Broker file requirements; Add or remove as needed.
• Work with the Closing Department to maintain agents’ payments, fees, and annual cap.
• Assist with additional tasks/projects as they arise.
• General Data processing

Qualifications

• Excellent computer & typing skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Focused and able to work under daily deadlines
• High School Diploma

Working Conditions:
This job requires attention to detail with the ability to focus in an open environment. Computer skills are a must. This is NOT a remote position. Typical office hours are Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm (w/1 hour lunch).
