Westcor Land Title Insurance Company Hiring for Customer Service Support Clerk (FT) at Remote Full Time

• A successful Support Clerk is responsible for tasks including but not limited to: reviewing surveys for commitments proposed to be insured by Westcor, determining what coverages to insure based upon review of an accurate survey, performing Title Commitment updates, revising commitments based upon update and survey review results, uploading documents, adding and deleting attachments, performing delivery functions, importing and exporting from various software and other duties as assigned.
• For this role, it’s essential to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Type revised commitments.
• Perform updates.
• Enter survey issues into Title Commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned and outlined above.
• Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Gather and organize typing material.
• Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies.

• Proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry operator.
• Fast and accurate typing skills; using a touch typing system is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with office equipment.
• Strong English language skills.
• Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
• Confidentiality.
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
•

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
