Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Higher Education, Human Resources, or related field
Must be highly motivated and results-oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of career services, employer relations, or related field
Ability to relate professionally to, and establish positive working relationships with, employers, colleagues, academic administrators, and faculty
Possess excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Technical proficiency, including data entry, records management, and report generation
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of NACE internship guidelines, Department of Labor regulations, and internship professional standards/best practices
Familiarity with talent management systems or career service management systems (Handshake, Symplicity)
