Western Specialty Contractors has grown to become the nation’s largest specialty contractor in its field. We specialize in masonry and concrete restoration as well as preventative waterproofing of buildings and structures.

We have offices across the country and our Talent Acquisition department at our Home Office in St. Louis, MO has an opportunity available for a Temporary Part Time Recruiting Coordinator.

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent team, specifically our Field Workforce in attracting and vetting top field talent for the company. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with various recruitment activities such as:

• Job postings

• Candidate vetting

• Calendar management

• Interview scheduling

• The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Details:

• Part Time: 20 hours/week

• Temporary (6 months – could extend)

• Compensation: $20 – 23/hour

• Flexible schedule

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination preferred

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and job boards is a plus

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices

• Ability to effectively prioritize workload

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus

• Bilingual is a plus
