Processing Coordinator – CPU
Reporting to the Team Lead, our at-home Insurance Processors key responsibility is to provide processing support to our branches by identifying and implementing best practices for administrative tasks.
Here is what a typical day looks like
Completing insurance documents
Review electronic files for accuracy and completion
Data entry for client files
Maintain speed and accuracy requirements
Meet and or exceed data entry daily Pace targets
Follow up on activities as assigned
The value you bring
Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is required
Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
Working experience with EPIC is an asset
Hard Wired – High Speed Internet in a dedicated workspace is essential
Hours: Full-time 37.5 Hours / week
Monday – Friday schedule with core hours selected between 6am-6pm MST
Saturday-Sunday schedule (dependent on the needs of the business)
