Job Summary:
WMMHC is recruiting for a Client Access Manager to provide supervision and guidance to our Client Access Specialist team regarding care coordination, referrals, and client access across all WMMHC programs.
The Client Access Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the client access program. Client access includes care coordination, internal and external referrals, client intake processes, and assisting clients with access to community resources and benefits. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring program compliance, staff over site, coordination of care with community partners and referral sources, monitoring and management of care coordination processes, and the continuation of the development of the program in accordance with best practice models.

Position can be located in Missoula.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Sociology, or related field or equivalent experience
Three years’ experience coordinating healthcare services or similar experience
One year of supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred
1 year of behavioral health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
Current and valid MT driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies
