Western Timber Frame, a leading provider of residential and commercial outdoor living solutions in Utah and across the United States, is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. Description/Responsibilities:

As the face of our company, the Appointment Setter will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will be responsible for going door-to-door throughout Utah County, working with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our Professional Design Consultants. The focus of the role is not on making sales but on identifying potential customers who would benefit from a free design consultation for one of our structures.

In addition to your field work, you will participate in training exercises and activities with your team at the beginning of every shift at our office, which is located in Lehi, UT.

Skills and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated with a desire to continuously grow and improve. You should be coachable, physically fit to work on your feet, and have your own vehicle and cell phone. While no prior experience is required, we are looking for individuals who are committed to learning and willing to be trained on all aspects of the position.

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time or full-time position, with opportunities for both schedules available, with some schedule flexibility available as well. The starting hourly pay is $25.50/hr, with opportunities for commission on top of that.
