Western Trailers Manufacturing Hiring for Administrative Clerk at Boise, ID Full Time

Western Trailers is seeking an Administrative Clerk based out of our Boise, Idaho location.

Responsibilities:

· Assemble engineering documentation to prescribe correct print packages for customer orders.

o Produce configuration lists of drawing part numbers to match customer sales orders.

o Meet production deadlines.

o Identify and resolve missing or unclear information when processing customer orders.

o Work closely with engineers and sales representatives to assure uniformity of information.

o Work with drafters to manage drafting priorities and meet production deadlines.

· Gain in depth knowledge of trailer assemblies and accessories to identify impact of custom design requests.

o Maintain information for trailer drawing configurations and options.

o Review engineering drawings for consistency and accuracy to maintain drawing standards.

Qualifications

· Associates Degree preferred but not necessary

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Process oriented

· Arithmetic skills

· Computer Software proficiency including Microsoft Office

· Aptitude for using and learning software programs, such computer aided drawing applications

· Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings

· High level of professionalism

· Ability to set, coordinate, and accomplish multiple priorities

· Work in a team environment with engineering and manufacturing professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
