You will be joining an exceptional team – the WU Way team – dedicated to driving long-term, sustainable change at WU, focused on reducing waste and pursuing company growth. You will be at the forefront of transforming WU into a truly lean-agile organization, ensuring our priorities are grounded in precise customer needs. Build and develop high-performance teams and ARTs that deliver solutions through applying Lean/Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban Methods.
For such a critical role, you will have 5+ years of direct experience as a Program and Portfolio level influencer – transforming new teams to Lean-Agile at scale as the primary role. 5+ years technology experience in IT complete development life cycle. Typically, 5+ years of Agile experience in a change agent or Agile practitioner role. Demonstrated experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). History of quickly establishing collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members to help them on their journey of adopting Agile. Solid collaboration and influencing skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, establish credibility, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence. You will have faced complex challenges, group dynamics, organizational and systemic impediments and have become a coach to teams, managers, and others. Can prepare and deliver effective communication of progress, including the use of agile metrics and maturity assessments. Ability to work within a community of coaches, contributing to this community toward best-in-class standards, practices, and consistency with and continual improvement of the coaching team. Ability to accommodate global working hours with India, North America, and Vilnius; This may mean early morning or late afternoon/evening hours. Agile Certifications SPC required. JIRA tools experience a plus.

The on-target earnings range is $195,477. – $ 2609,635. which includes a base salary of
$139,627- $186,169. short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
