Westland Milk Products is a well-known New Zealand end-to-end dairy manufacturer based in the beautiful South Island with offices and production facilities based in both Christchurch and Hokitika. Owned by the Global Top 5 dairy company Yili Group, Westland Milk Products and its related companies in New Zealand, Oceania Dairy (Glenavy), Pure Nutrition Ltd (Rolleston), Canary Foods (Hamilton) and EasiYo Ltd (Auckland) form a group that we refer to as the Yili Oceania Business Division (YOBD). About The Role

Based in either Christchurch (Hornby) or on the stunning West Coast in Hokitika, we have a great opportunity to join our digital division, working as our Digital Product Manager – Finance & Sales & Milk. Reporting to the Digital Head of Supply Chain, Finance & Sales and supported by a Data Management/System Analyst, the role has responsibility for leading digital transformation initiatives across YOBD’s Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Environmental & Milk Collection business units. More specifically this role will formulate and drive digital strategy, implementing innovative solutions and ongoing programmes to support the enhancement of operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness with greater customer service, cost efficiencies and data security.

Ideal Applicants Will Possess

• Proven digital transformation leadership experience gained within a large-scale primary sector, FMCG and wider product manufacturing setting
• Strong professional skills with proven experience in formulation of digital strategy
• Extensive experience with digital management systems, processes and requirements at a Group management level – particularly ERP, Madcap, CRM and BI/data applications
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including executive teams
• Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications.
