Your role in a nutshell:

As a PA/Team Coordinator, you will work behind the scenes to make it all happen. You will provide the highest level of professional support to Tribe Lead of Business Segments and the Technical Area Lead of Business Segments while seamlessly co-ordinating an effective and efficient office by driving administration tasks and generally supporting the broader tribe who are located both in Auckland and Wellington.

About you:

• Supporting the leads to ensure that their time is appropriately committed and allocated to achieve optimal efficiency.
• Maintaining upholding and protecting the professional image of the leads of and their Business Units, both internally and externally.
• Using discretion to manage and close out issues of lesser importance, particularly in relation to communications, correspondence and diary management.
• Initiating assistance as appropriate and follow up all queries/requests/action items in a timely manner for both the leads and the tribe.
• Anticipating issues before they happen and manage the outcome.

Criteria for selection:

• Experience in working in large complex, corporate environments.
• Proven success in coordination roles or Personal Assistant roles (necessary, not essential) (3-5 years)
• Proven success working in dynamic, time constrained environments at pace, with composure and professionalism
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Outlook email
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across the Bank
• Proven experience performing and operating consistently at the highest level by demonstrating maturity, discretion, and professionalism
