Mō te Tūranga – About the Role

Within the Customer Segments environment, the Dialler Administrator is an intricate part of the Customer Care Team. You will primarily be responsible for managing the dialler campaigns as well as the inbound and outbound workflow.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on portfolio and agent performance of accounts worked via predictive dialler. The Dialler Administrator will also oversee all uploading and downloading of files for the IVR. Your strong communication skills will help you build solid relationships with the leadership team and the wider business.

• MS Office skills – knowledge of excel is essential
• Knowledge of/or understanding of SAS/SQL
• Excellent communication skills and friendly disposition
• Strong analytical skills and confident using several systems
• A genuine desire to help others.
