About you:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Content Design Chapter here at Westpac on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Digital Asset Coordinator, you’ll be supporting the wider team by maintaining customer facing assets for a wide range of sites and systems.

You’ll be supporting the Digital Asset Manager, updating and maintaining assets, delivering training tools and user how to guides. You’ll also act as liaison between product, developers and wider stakeholders within the business. As part of the wider Customer Experience and Design (CXD) Chapter Area, you will work closely with designers in other disciplines – research and insights, service design and user experience – moving together with operational and technical teams to design and optimise our digital channels to simplify customer journeys and lift the overall experience.

We’re looking for a recent graduate who is keen to learn, not afraid to ask questions and has an interest or passion in product or banking. We’re keen to mentor and help you on your career journey. What we need from you is experience in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, passion and fresh ideas.

You’ll bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, design or business degree.
• Previous experience using Microsoft or Adobe.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
