About The Opportunity
WesTrac is seeking a Graduate People & Culture Officer to join our team based from our Tomago Head Office. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in Human Resources with a large organisation.
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide support to our advisory team. The People and Culture Officer will gain broad generalist human resources exposure and be accountable for a range of reporting and transactional functions within the P&C team. As part of a high performing and experienced people and culture team, the successful applicant will have significant opportunity for growth and development.
