Marketing Project Manager

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters in the company, you will manage different areas in the company and ensure the appropriate course of action, referral or response, exercising judgment to reflect the CEO’s style and organization policy ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

To be successful as a marketing project manager, you should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills. To be qualified you must have analytical, and decision-making skills.

Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to accomplish the objectives of the company.

• Working with the creative director to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.

• Ensuring customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.

• Collaborating with team members to advertise content.

• Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.

• Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them.

• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.

• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work-streams & activities.

• Managing the delivery of the project according to this plan.

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.

• Responsible for maintaining Shopify’s inventory and entering orders manually.

• Researching fashion trends relevant to the company’s demographic.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on email blasts and social media content to make sure that we are pushing what isn’t selling.

• Creation of Social Media Marketing Campaigns

• Interacting with customers via the company’s social media accounts. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

*Marketing Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, fashion or related field.

• Knowledge of the Fashion Industry

• Graphic Design skills

• Experience with project management theory and best practices.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.

• Experience working with customer support.

• Knowledge of Google Drive and Sheets.
