As the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of our newly developed strategic plan and priorities for health, safety, and wellbeing. You’ll lead from the front, providing expert guidance and encouraging a culture of proactive engagement across the organisation. Managing a small, high-performing team, you’ll ensure our frameworks, programmes, and initiatives meet legislative requirements, deliver measurable improvements, and reflect our organisational values.
